  • Pricing is based on the square meter of the project
  • Once pricing is agreed upon, the contract is confirmed with the client

Client Deliverables

  • 3D design model of the space
  • Rendered images for visual reference
  • Material textures used in projects
  • An Excel sheet template (or similar) listing all materials used: Includes colors applied in the 3D model and the corresponding real material for an example (e.g., wall paint, marble, wood finish)

Project Setup

  • Import client’s design and references into unity
  • Prepare the VR environment with materials, textures and lighting setup
  • Finalizing all back-end work

Delivery Timeline

  • Typical delivery time is 1-2 weeks approximately based on size or job load
  • Exact delivery date is agreed upon at the start

Lighting & Optimization

  • Perform light baking for realistic visuals
  • Ensuring a smooth experience (Optimizing) under the standards for safe human use

Client Confirmation

  • Before building the final VR project, preview images are sent to the client.
  • Client reviews and confirms the visuals
  • Minor adjustments are applied if required

Final Build & Delivery

  • Once approved, the VR project is built and delivered to the client
  • Client receives the final VR experience with the proper setup training provided for presentation/use
